Meet Lindsay.

Lindsay Broadhead.

Lindsay likes to use communications to build things, not just to tick boxes. Whether it’s building partnerships, teams, a story that needs telling, a bridge to connect to an audience that’s hard to reach, or a new business offering – it’s about creating something of value.

Lindsay has been raised, and led teams, within the world of integrated agencies in both European and Canadian markets. This means she sees communications holistically and works with a broad variety of experts – across marketing, government relations, digital, grassroots – to hit the client’s strategic objective.

After working on a number of large campaigns, Lindsay has a particular passion for files that have both PR and GR needs as well as supporting senior executives on complex communications challenges.

Musings.

It all leads back to communications.

Observations from what’s happening in the broader PR + Communications world often inform what should (or shouldn’t) be considered in our own day-to-day work. Sometimes it’s worth writing about.

Media + Messaging

With media opportunities on the decline, the value of a TV or radio clip or a piece of coverage is on the rise. It can be used many times across your multiple channels. Training includes:

Strategic Communications

It’s all about understanding everything there is to know about your desired goal, and getting you there.

Maybe you need just a quick call to check on an idea.

Maybe you need to work through a complex problem.

Or maybe you need help building a comprehensive corporate communications plan.

We listen, ask questions, and then provide a thoughtful strategy every time.

Issues + Crisis Management

What keeps CEOs and Executives up at night? One of two things:

  1. The events they know will disrupt, hurt, or destroy their business or reputation.
  2. The events they haven’t yet thought of that will disrupt, hurt, or destroy their business or reputation.

Whether you’re responding to an issue in real time, you see it on the horizon, or it just landed, it’s critical your communications response is timely, smart, and keeps your business and reputation solid.

Crisis Management Plan development

Part of every crisis mitigation strategy is a plan that helps your team respond in the best way, right out-of-the gates. The plan is tailored to your business and includes:

  • Scenario planning
  • Rules and directions for every team member
  • Quick messages tailored for key audiences

Stakeholder Engagement

Long gone are the days when companies speak to all their audiences in the same way. Strong stakeholder engagement is tailored with long and short-term business goals in mind.

Thought Leadership + CEO Communications

The best leaders cut through the noise by talking about the issues that mean the most to the people who mean the most to them.

Carefully considered thought leadership programs target the critical audiences who will be moved to support your vision and then help to amplify it.

We help leaders:

  • Narrow-cast areas of expertise
  • Identify ‘white spaces’ hungry for their input
  • Understand the audience
  • Create the game plan for thought leadership growth

Speeches + Content

You know your issues best.

We’ll help you get your ideas and experience across in the most compelling way.
